Responsibilities
- Design and deliver complex features and enhancements using AEM and React.js.
- Build reusable components and integration patterns across AEM, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Own L3 resolution of complex production issues and L2 escalations through root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, caching, replication, CDN, Dispatcher, and API integration failures.
- Validate AEMaaCS releases and manage Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines and deployment issues.
- Monitor application health, reduce recurring incidents and alert noise, and implement stability, security, and performance improvements.
- Conduct code reviews, guide L2 engineers, and support multiple applications and release cycles within SLA commitments.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Significant expertise in microservices architecture and AEM/React.js integration.
- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency with React.js architecture, hooks, state management, and component design.
- Hands-on experience with AEM and AEMaaCS.
- Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Knowledge of Dispatcher and CDN for performance optimization.
- Experience with monitoring and observability using New Relic, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Cloud Manager logs.
- Preferred experience with headless or hybrid AEM, Content Fragment architecture, RCA, and ITIL incident, problem, and change processes.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow or Jira for incident and problem management.
- Desired bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Desired Java certification such as Oracle Certified Professional Java SE.
- Desired cloud or DevOps certification such as AWS Certified Developer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
