Responsibilities
- Design and deliver LLM-driven agents using skill-routing patterns and agent frameworks.
- Curate and evolve a shared skill library with tool bindings, trust levels, and confirmation checkpoints.
- Integrate agents with ServiceNow, alerting pipelines, Kyma/BTP APIs, and internal knowledge sources.
- Contribute to shared agent memory and feedback loops that improve skill quality over time.
- Package, deploy, and operate agents on SAP BTP and Kyma.
- Perform comprehensive agent testing focused on decision quality and production readiness.
- Apply compliance, security, governance, ITSM, and ITIL practices to Cloud Operations agents.
- Document agent designs, skill contracts, authorization boundaries, and decision rationale.
Requirements
- Strong command of Python and working fluency with TypeScript and Node.
- Practical experience building LLM applications with tool invocation, structured outputs, and agent control loops.
- Understanding of skill routing, human-in-the-loop workflows, and state-machine-driven execution.
- Working familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or an equivalent agent framework.
- Comfort with containers and foundational Kubernetes concepts.
- Ability to identify production risks including hallucinations, tool misuse, runaway loops, and trust-boundary breaches.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with SAP BTP, the CAP framework, or enterprise integration patterns.
- Preferred: familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, ServiceNow, incident lifecycles, and SLA management.
- Preferred: experience evaluating and measuring AI systems.
- Preferred: Cloud Operations or SRE experience and understanding of safe remediation.
- Preferred: experience contributing to shared skills or tool libraries used by multiple agents.
