Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, maintain, and improve custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform data modeling and query optimization in Snowflake-based cloud data warehousing environments.
- Integrate Snowflake solutions with broader data ecosystems and pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex data storage and retrieval issues.
- Use scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and improve system efficiency.
- Document software designs and development processes.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with data modeling and query optimization in cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Familiarity with integrating Snowflake solutions into data ecosystems and pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data storage and retrieval issues.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation for data workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
