6+ years of experience in developing large-scale applications, preferably with Java or PHP.
Experience with Go, C#, or Python is valued but willing to work with Java.
Proven experience in leading architectural decisions and delivering end-to-end solutions.
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Creative problem-solving skills with a product-first approach.
Accountability for tasks and a proactive attitude towards improvements.
