Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural language processing and generation.
- Design and tune neural network parameters using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Analyze model performance metrics and apply optimization strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to refine model architectures and integrate models into broader AI systems.
- Document architectural decisions and support knowledge sharing.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide junior team members on large language model design.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network parameters for natural language processing applications.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language-modeling architectures and practical implementations.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and apply optimization strategies.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate language models into broader AI systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
