Base Salary
$172k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure scalable backend systems for Public Sector customers.
- Own services or systems and define their long-term health goals.
- Improve high engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute backend solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the platform roadmap and product strategy for Scale AI's Public Sector business.
Requirements
- Must hold an active security clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI with CI Poly.
- Understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Experience with Federal Compliance frameworks (e.g., Cloud SRG, FedRAMP, STIG).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Must be able to support work 3-4 days a week from the DC or STL office.
