MDM Technical Architect (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Veeva Network MDM architectures covering data modeling, integration, governance, and data quality.
- Own enterprise client project delivery from initial scoping through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Create technical documentation, data models, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
- Support change-management activities that promote MDM best practices.
- Build and maintain trusted customer-stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in MDM, data integration, and data governance within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong consulting experience with the ability to architect and implement MDM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Network, Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in data modeling, data quality, SOAP/REST integration technologies, and data governance.
- Familiarity with CRM ecosystems and customer, HCP/HCO, and product data domains.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or consumer health sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with OpenData and third-party reference-data integration is preferred.
- CRM or MDM vendor certification is preferred.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, SQL, ETL tools, web services technologies, integration frameworks, user authentication methods, or batch data processes is preferred.
- Additional European language skills are preferred.
