Responsibilities
- Become a super-user of Partly’s inventory management system, the Partly PIM, and other applications in the Partly ecosystem.
- Scope, develop, and implement user-centric solutions using the Partly Platform.
- Support customer success throughout smooth onboarding journeys.
- Build integrations.
- Work with Engineering to provide well-defined requirements and guidelines for product development.
- Engage customers in rigorous testing phases, iterate on solutions, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead research and development into the optimal experience for a key customer segment.
Requirements
- A STEM degree is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas clearly and persuasively to customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency analyzing data with Python, Pandas, and SQL.
- A logical and structured approach to problem solving and innovation.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Passion for or interest in the automotive industry is important.
