Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand workflows, data, systems, and pain points.
- Identify AI and automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical scopes, solution designs, and delivery plans.
- Design, build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and automations using LLMs, RAG, and tool-calling workflows.
- Develop prototypes and proofs of concept and take successful solutions into production.
- Integrate solutions with ERP, CRM, data platforms, and internal APIs.
- Ensure deployed solutions are secure, reliable, observable, and maintainable.
- Measure outcomes after deployment and iterate based on usage and feedback.
- Support pre-sales through technical demonstrations, solution input, and effort estimates.
- Create reusable components, templates, and accelerators and share field insights with internal teams.
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience with solutions shipped to production.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs and patterns such as RAG, agents, and tool calling.
- Experience in client-facing consulting, agency, solutions, or implementation roles.
- Comfort working across backend and frontend development.
- Strong familiarity with APIs, system integration, databases, and data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and evaluation tools.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work independently through ambiguity.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
