Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end features from databases through the UI.
- Implement and maintain APIs with Node.js and NestJS.
- Integrate external services and manage advanced asynchronous workflows.
- Build performant interfaces with React and Next.js.
- Implement and execute unit, integration, and UI automated tests.
- Work with event-driven architectures and AWS services.
- Maintain security, observability, and code-quality standards.
- Participate in technical decisions and architectural improvements.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Node.js, preferably NestJS, and API design.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, the event loop, and error handling.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture, including SQS or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with AWS, including EKS, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Proven experience with React, preferably Next.js.
- Experience with state management using Redux, Zustand, or similar tools.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Knowledge of API authentication and security using JWT and OAuth.
- Experience designing scalable and resilient systems.
