Base Salary
$136k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply NLP and machine learning techniques to extract structured signals from employee listening data.
- Design and implement ML components for theme extraction, sentiment analysis, text classification, and aggregated signal generation.
- Write secure, stable, testable, maintainable, and reviewed production code.
- Apply privacy-preserving practices to sensitive employee data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical peers and senior leadership.
- Help mentor interns.
Requirements
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
- Experience with SQL and an RDBMS such as Oracle or a data warehouse.
- Preferred: experience implementing algorithms using toolkits and self-developed code.
- Preferred: publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
