Responsibilities

- Lead initiatives to improve platform performance and reliability.
- Promote software development best practices across the organization.
- Manage multiple concurrent technical initiatives effectively.

Requirements
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Experience with general-purpose programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or Go.
- Proven ability to manage multi-tenant cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing large-scale distributed environments.
- Demonstrated experience in impactful problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of system interactions within production environments.
- Ability to quickly learn new coding languages and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration experience.
- Experience owning the complete project lifecycle from concept to deployment.
