Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI solutions by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and optimize ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions and models.
- Create proof-of-concepts to validate and demonstrate proposed AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, data engineers, and data analysts to define and deliver AI-driven capabilities.
- Design solutions using distributed systems, microservices, and synchronous and asynchronous API calls.
- Build data-quality and continuous data-monitoring workflows driven by ML and statistical models.
- Act as a technical customer contact, providing deployment support, guidance, and responses to technical questions.
- Document solution architectures, design decisions, implementation details, lessons learned, white papers, and best-practice guides.
- Evaluate emerging AI, foundation-model, and large-language-model technologies and frameworks.
- Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Approximately seven years of total professional experience, including two to three years working with AI/ML, GenAI, or Agentic AI.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, large language models, NLP, time-series and prediction models, and AI/ML solutions.
- Strong Python programming and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Scikit-learn, Plotly, and Dash.
- Experience with the full AI project lifecycle, including research, prototyping, deployment, and production operations.
- Experience with transformer-based models such as BERT and GPT, preferably including training and fine-tuning on large datasets.
- Strong software development experience, including backend technologies, frontend frameworks, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed applications and understanding distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
- Excellent knowledge and working experience with Docker containers, Git, and GitHub.
- Proficiency with Agile development practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Experience delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions in strictly regulated financial organizations.
- Good database technology proficiency and preferably experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, ethical AI, and responsible use of data and AI technologies.
- Strong business acumen, customer engagement, communication, collaboration, ownership, and mentoring skills.
