Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, monitor, and evaluate customer-facing AI agents that improve the shopping experience.
- Design, maintain, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex business processes, including human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Develop real-time AI systems that interact with spoken user input, with a particular focus on voice technologies.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including solution development, CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and monitoring.
- Establish comprehensive observability, monitoring, evaluation frameworks, quality standards, reliability controls, and guardrails for AI systems.
- Implement cost-efficiency strategies such as intelligent model routing, caching, and prompt and context optimization.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver practical, business-value-oriented AI solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building and deploying applications on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of AI, LLM, and ML fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade systems using Large Language Models.
- Deep expertise in architecting modern AI-powered agentic systems, context engineering, and prompt engineering.
- Strong experience using modern coding agents to produce production-ready code efficiently.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD principles, and LLMOps tools and practices for versioning, observability, evaluation, and cost management.
- Pragmatic, product-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with frontend development or mobile application development.
