Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications using Pega Platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and coordinate across multiple teams.
- Serve as an SME, manage team collaboration, and make decisions for the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Pega environment.
- Oversee implementation of best practices and quality standards.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with Pega Platform.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration using Pega Platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Pega.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
