Responsibilities
- Own IAM activities across the client environment.
- Manage application access activities, provisioning, and access reviews.
- Run joiner, mover, and leaver processes at scale.
- Support third-party risk management audits and access governance evidence production.
- Support sensitive HR and legal investigations involving access history, mailbox access, and file access forensics.
- Apply RBAC and least privilege principles in a mixed legacy environment.
- Use scripting for bulk identity operations and reporting.
- Participate in on-call support outside regular business hours, including weekends, for critical P1 and P2 incidents.
Requirements
- Experience in identity and access management engineering or operations.
- Hands-on Microsoft Entra ID experience with conditional access, MFA, SSO, application registration, privileged identity management, and access reviews.
- Strong Active Directory experience with group and OU design, delegation, group policy, and privileged account management.
- Experience designing and executing periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.
- Practical GRC experience, including audit evidence production and third-party risk assessments.
- Experience supporting sensitive internal investigations with discretion and chain-of-custody awareness.
- Understanding of role-based access control and least privilege principles.
- Scripting capability, particularly with PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Computer Science.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
