Base Salary

$75k - $85k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to agent-driven systems that translate product requirements into executable specifications and working prototypes.
  • Implement and iterate on multi-agent coordination workflows for cross-functional teams.
  • Write maintainable code for LLM-powered systems using tools such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
  • Integrate systems with CI/CD pipelines and support infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
  • Build observability systems for AI workflows, including logging, telemetry, and failure handling.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs, automated testing, and regression detection.
  • Participate in human-in-the-loop processes to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams and share insights on emerging AI models, agent frameworks, and developer tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or expected completion within 6 months.
  • Strong programming fundamentals in at least one of Java, Kotlin, or Python.
  • Familiarity with Git, code reviews, debugging, and testing.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI and language models through coursework, projects, or independent exploration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Preferred experience includes LLM APIs, prompt engineering, tool use, NLP, machine learning, language model research, agent orchestration frameworks, AI-native developer tools, cloud platforms, containerization, open-source contributions, research publications, or standout academic projects.
