Base Salary
$347k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship responsive mobile web interfaces for creating tasks, reviewing agent activity, and providing feedback or direction.
- Build interfaces that handle streaming updates, long-running tasks, interrupted sessions, changing connectivity, and asynchronous state changes.
- Improve responsiveness, loading performance, accessibility, usability, and browser compatibility across screen sizes.
- Partner with design, product, research, backend, and full-stack engineers to prototype and implement interaction patterns, APIs, client state, and synchronization.
- Own features from exploration and technical design through launch, measurement, and refinement.
- Help establish frontend architecture and engineering practices while continuing hands-on implementation.
Requirements
- Substantial experience shipping polished web applications with deep expertise in mobile web development and browser behavior.
- Strong frontend engineering skills in responsive layouts, accessibility, client state, and application performance.
- Experience building interactive interfaces that remain understandable as data or task state changes asynchronously.
- Ability to combine visual and interaction detail with sound technical judgment and turn ambiguous product problems into working software.
- Experience collaborating with designers, product partners, researchers, and engineers across the stack.
- Experience leading complex projects or influencing architecture while continuing to write and ship code.
- Experience with real-time collaboration, offline or intermittent connectivity, or products supporting complex workflows is especially relevant.
- Prior AI or machine learning experience is helpful but not required.
