Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing software through modification, performance tuning, and refinement.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
- Participate in team discussions, solve work-related problems, and contribute independently as a subject matter expert.
- Guide and support junior team members.
- Apply software development lifecycle and agile practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with OneStream Finance SmartCPM.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver efficient, maintainable code.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of software applications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
