Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting for cloud platform engineering services.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Read and troubleshoot code or system designs in a general-purpose programming language.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models.
- Work with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.
- Support case lifecycles and break down issues using analytical skills.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience reading code in a general-purpose programming language or working in system design.
- At least 2 years of machine learning model development and deployment experience.
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
- Understanding of virtualization, containerization, operating systems, and system administration.
- Experience with cloud platform engineering services and technical consulting.
- Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, and their AI/ML services.
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and Google Cloud products and services.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Ray, TPUs, GPUs, encoders, decoders, transformers, and machine learning APIs.
- Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical issue resolution.
