Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify, prototype, and integrate new ML technologies to enhance fraud detection.
- Design and implement ML pipeline components for accelerated innovation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Champion best practices in testing, documentation, model monitoring, and development.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a comparable quantitative field.
- 4-6+ years of post-undergrad work experience in a production-grade ML environment.
- Strong foundation in machine learning theory and statistical evaluation.
- Proven track record of taking ML projects from research to high-scale production.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, key ML libraries, and Spark.
- A strong outcome-oriented mindset focused on the business impact of models.
- Attention to detail is critical in fraud prevention.
