Responsibilities
- Develop and improve applications for Airbnb's product and operational use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify business impact opportunities.
- Prototype, develop, and test solutions to combat emerging fraud trends.
- Enhance existing systems by incorporating new user signals for identity verification.
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience in building and scaling high-quality, high-traffic products.
- Ability to evaluate technical approaches and design product solutions.
- Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
