Responsibilities
- Deliver standardized technical product webinars.
- Conduct technical discovery calls with prospects to discover or validate sales opportunities.
- Deliver consultative presentations, demonstrations, and workshops addressing customer technical and business requirements.
- Create custom demonstrations based on customer use cases or data.
- Respond to technical elements of tenders, including RFIs and RFPs.
- Answer technical questions from prospects and customers.
- Make general recommendations on Splunk solution architecture.
- Identify and manage technical issues throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Gain exposure to technical opportunity strategy and solution validation processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in French, German, or Italian.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in technology and applying it to solve business problems.
- Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems.
- Currently enrolled at university and ideally approaching the final year after completing the internship.
