Base Salary
$100k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop core machine learning tools and infrastructure for models trained with PyTorch and TensorFlow/Keras on Syntiant Neural Decision Processors.
- Review academic research and implement prototypes to evaluate new machine learning approaches.
- Deliver production-ready machine learning solutions within tight timeframes.
- Optimize machine learning performance across latency, memory bandwidth, data flow, and hardware utilization.
- Collaborate with modeling and embedded software teams to run models efficiently on Syntiant chips.
- Root-cause and fix issues reported from the field.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience implementing high-performance machine learning kernels on custom hardware accelerators or GPUs.
- Experience with performance optimization focused on latency, memory bandwidth, data flow, and maximizing hardware utilization.
- Strong C/C++ and Python programming expertise.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLVM, and MLIR.
- Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on complex machine learning solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
