Responsibilities

Develop a scalable, highly available global voice platform as part of an agile team.
Apply performance and scalability principles in software development.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering leaders.
Mentor and train junior team members.

5+ years of industry experience in software development and troubleshooting VOIP systems.
Strong understanding of WebRTC and SIP signalling.
Proficient in JavaScript and have at least two years of experience in either C++ or Java.
Experience with troubleshooting tools and audio media analysis.
Ability to work on complex problems and systems.
Experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
