Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fullstack applications across backend and frontend components.
- Contribute to platform development and associated engineering projects.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement core services.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, architecture, and code quality improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a production-grade environment.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proven fullstack development experience.
- Strong backend experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
- Frontend experience with modern frameworks, preferably Angular.
- Experience with MongoDB and/or relational databases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and containerized deployment.
- Experience with cloud services, especially Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- French language skills are a plus.
- Experience with Redis, Celery, message queues, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems or AI-assisted features is a plus.
