Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications.
- Participate in product release planning discussions and estimations.
- Collaborate with software quality engineers throughout testing phases.
- Work with cross-functional teams on documentation and training.
- Assist with code reviews for team members.
- Create unit tests to support application quality throughout the software lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fourth-level customer support escalations.
- Understand how Omnicell products meet customer needs across the continuum of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience building applications with object-oriented architecture.
- Proficiency in object-oriented analysis, design, programming, design patterns, and refactoring patterns.
- Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and database design.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Preferred experience with FoxPro, or willingness and ability to learn it.
- At least 2 years of experience with C# and the .NET Framework.
- At least 2 years of experience with microservices architecture.
- At least 1 year of experience with Angular 4 or above or React.
- At least 1 year of public cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
