Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the NIRA and APAC engineering teams to increase the scale the platform can handle.
- Expand the platform to support multiple financial products and underlying instruments.
- Drive iterations on credit policy and improve credit decision systems.
- Own technical solutions from start to finish and shape infrastructure and product-roadmap strategy.
- Collaborate with product, credit, finance, compliance, support, and analytics teams.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience.
- Have strong experience using Java, with .NET experience preferred.
- Have experience in AWS-native environments using tools such as DynamoDB, Athena, and Lambda.
- Demonstrate experience scaling technical platforms and solutions.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly and collaborate effectively with global colleagues.
- Bring a product-engineering mindset and ownership of solutions from start to finish.
