Responsibilities
- Guide end-to-end implementation projects as merchants launch and scale payment integrations.
- Design and help merchants build scalable API-based integration solutions from solution design through go-live.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner by helping merchants address technical and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to deliver strong merchant outcomes.
- Share implementation insights and identify patterns to improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with APIs, web technologies, or programming through work or hands-on projects.
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand how systems work, not just whether they work.
- Ability to take responsibility and handle tasks with a proactive mindset.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working collaboratively and sharing knowledge.
