Base Salary
$205k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the core infrastructure for Quanta’s accounting platform.
- Design systems that are predictable and stable as customer needs grow.
- Model business operations in software to reflect real-world complexities.
- Take ownership of problems from initial discovery to final solution.
- Design modular systems that allow for customization while ensuring stability.
- Collaborate with engineers to explore AI as a tool for enhancing product design.
Requirements
- 6–7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, preferably in high-impact B2B teams.
- Strong technical fundamentals in modern backend and frontend systems.
- Systems thinking skills, including API design and data modeling.
- Product mindset with good judgment around tradeoffs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction.
- Strong collaboration skills; experience with financial systems is a plus.
