Responsibilities
- Implement well-tested features in web applications and back-end loan origination services.
- Champion code quality with thorough PR reviews and test automation.
- Identify and act on opportunities to reduce technical debt.
- Deliver high-impact initiatives that provide value to customers.
- Collaborate with engineers, design, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Build software consistent with the company’s technical strategy and architecture.
Requirements
- Proficient software engineer with 2+ years of professional experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and across teams.
- Focus on building high-quality, user-friendly products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven with a desire to learn and grow.
