Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and refine custom software components and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical decisions.
- Lead implementation of coding standards and software development best practices.

Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for backend development support.
- Experience with relational databases and efficient query writing.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of agile software development lifecycle practices.
