Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply advances in agents and language models to improve product performance and capabilities.
- Design and build multi-agent systems, harnesses, models, and evaluations for code validation.
- Study and prototype multi-agent code-review architectures and workflows.
- Evaluate prototypes and collaborate with the team to integrate successful approaches into production systems.
- Track research in LLMs, information retrieval, and developer tooling.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Research experience in mathematics, computer science, or physics.
- Strong programming skills and strong product intuition.
- Preferred experience includes machine learning, language models, agents, technical harnesses and evaluations, model post-training, publications at top machine learning conferences, or a research master’s or PhD.
