Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance security tools for Snowflake engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers to define team roadmaps.
- Ensure the team meets current customer needs and anticipates future demands.
- Drive clarity on security strategy and execution.
- Evolve security infrastructure to be scalable and performant.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in developing tools and backend services, preferably in security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Fluency in at least one programming language: Rust, Python, or Golang.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
