Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal AI-powered tools for hardware design, testing, and analysis workflows.
- Develop software using Python and TypeScript for web-based engineering tools.
- Work with AI/ML frameworks, web backends, frontends, databases, and vector databases as applicable.
- Support system hardware engineering workflows including test automation, data analysis, and hardware validation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python with type hints and TypeScript, including reading and writing code.
- Basic knowledge of web development, HTTP, REST APIs, and frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and database schema design.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity to learn, and good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Able to commit to a minimum four-month full-time internship, with six months preferred.
- Preferred: experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LLM APIs.
- Preferred: familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Node.js for backend development.
- Preferred: hands-on knowledge of React or Next.js for frontend development.
- Preferred: experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Qdrant, Pinecone, or FAISS.
- Preferred: interest in system hardware engineering workflows such as test automation, data analysis, and hardware validation.
