Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable software solutions across product areas and multi-component systems.
- Write and review code while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and create impactful solutions.
- Develop and execute roadmaps balancing technical quality, business impact, and user experience.
- Contribute through mentorship, interviewing, and participation in new initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed to address bugs, outages, and operational issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
- Experience with front-end development using JavaScript, React, Angular, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js and Python.
- Experience developing and deploying large-scale full-stack applications.
- Proficiency building front-end interfaces and back-end systems and delivering minimum viable products quickly.
- BS degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
