Responsibilities
- Build distributed training, inference, and reinforcement learning infrastructure.
- Develop libraries that simplify large-scale data jobs for researchers.
- Architect systems that transform Cursor user data into effective training data.
- Collaborate directly with researchers to make ML progress repeatable and iteration faster.
- Own architecture and end-to-end delivery of research infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong background in infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Ability to architect and ship end-to-end with high ownership.
- Strong intuitions about how language models work.
- Excitement to learn more about machine learning.
