Responsibilities
- Build prototypes and harden successful solutions for the AI-first developer platform.
- Apply autonomous agents to remediation, pipeline upgrades, scanner triage, and credential rotation.
- Design agent controls covering identity, scope, audit trails, and stop mechanisms.
- Create self-service dashboards, MCP servers, skills, and developer tooling.
- Make secure and correct workflows the default in CI/CD pipelines.
- Run time-boxed, measurement-driven experiments with written decisions.
- Implement monitoring, telemetry, logging, tracing, and alerting across the platform.
- Engage delivery teams and use their findings to influence the roadmap.
- Operate the platform using code-defined and pre-release-tested zero-downtime practices.
Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of experience.
- Test-driven and behaviour-driven development experience across pipelines, infrastructure, and agents.
- Practical DevSecOps experience with team-owned pipelines and integrated security.
- Experience with trunk-based development, short-lived branches, pairing, and reviewed and tested infrastructure as code.
- Experience measuring problems and evaluating solutions against defined metrics.
- Hands-on observability experience including monitoring, telemetry, logging, tracing, and alerting.
- Experience improving delivery metrics toward elite DORA performance while understanding system-level factors.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms, patterns, and practices.
- Desirable experience with C#, Python, TypeScript, Terraform, AWS, Azure, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Artifactory.
- Product instinct and experience teaching others through pairing, writing, or internal speaking.
