Responsibilities
- Define test strategy, test plans, risk assessments, and release gate criteria, including go/no-go recommendations.
- Lead internal QA teams and outsourced testing vendors, track quality KPIs, and facilitate defect triage and post-incident root-cause analysis.
- Oversee functional, API, mobile, and mini-program testing while promoting test automation and shift-left practices.
- Ensure digital products comply with China privacy, data security, and payment regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate quality delivery across product, engineering, MarTech, global, and APAC teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of software testing experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a QA Lead with team and vendor management experience.
- Hands-on Agile experience and proficiency with Jira/Zephyr, Postman, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Playwright, Appium, and Selenium.
- Mandarin or Chinese speaking ability and fluent English for cross-timezone global meetings; written English is required.
- Hospitality membership or booking platform experience, performance testing, and Alibaba Cloud or AWS knowledge are preferred.
- Capability in JavaScript or Python and familiarity with NeoLoad are preferred.
