Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer deployments across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-prem environments.
- Partner with customer engineering teams to provision and monitor services.
- Debug and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure performance and scalability.
- Conduct technical discussions, demos, and workshops for customers.
- Create enablement content to support customer adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Field Engineering, Support, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts, and cloud-managed services.
- Strong fundamentals in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.
- Proficiency with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong Linux/Unix command line experience.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML workflows.
