Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze requirements and produce EPLC-compliant technical documentation such as concept, requirements, and design documents.
- Develop and implement SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions for automation and efficiency.
- Review existing SharePoint sites and Power Platform applications and recommend automation and user-experience enhancements.
- Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint sites and Power Platform applications using Microsoft 365 features and Government Community Cloud capabilities.
- Recommend and implement integrations with tools and third-party applications to support complex business and regulatory processes.
- Respond to and resolve logged user inquiries and issues.
- Assist with system/integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Provide project status information covering risks, issues, deliverables, and completed and anticipated activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing SharePoint Online sites and Microsoft Power Platform applications.
- Demonstrated experience creating dashboards and reports with Power Apps and Power BI.
- Demonstrated experience developing Canvas Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Ability to translate requirements specifications into implementable technical solutions.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident to meet contract eligibility requirements.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Preferred SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Preferred experience with federal agencies and integrations between SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
- Preferred familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and Web Services.
