Responsibilities
- Work on real, open-ended problems that contribute to the company's success.
- Collaborate closely with mentors and team members on high-impact projects.
- Engage in the full software lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Manage complex technical projects and take them through execution.
- Apply state-of-the-art techniques to technical projects.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant STEM field.
- Project-level experience with Python, C, or Rust.
- Exceptional command of engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on engineering experience through internships or personal projects.
- Ability to learn and apply new techniques quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work full-time onsite for a minimum of 10-12 consecutive weeks.
