Base Salary
$210k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the AI/ML lifecycle from research and prototyping through production deployment and monitoring.
- Build systems that extract structured data from complex financial documents.
- Develop agentic workflows that retrieve and reason over fragmented enterprise systems.
- Build predictive models for brand sales and financial performance forecasting.
- Detect anomalies in retailer and sales data.
- Develop recommendation systems that optimize retailer promotions.
- Partner with engineering and product to integrate AI capabilities into the platform.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of applied AI/ML experience.
- At least 6 years of production-level software engineering experience.
- Experience building and deploying production ML systems.
- Experience working with LLMs or NLP systems.
- Strong product mindset and ability to translate AI capabilities into real-world applications.
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs such as Llama or GPT is preferred.
- Experience building agentic workflows or retrieval systems is preferred.
- Startup experience or comfort working in fast-moving environments is preferred.
