Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design solution, application, data, cloud, and AI/GenAI architectures.
- Develop feasibility studies, technical concepts, proofs of concept, and scalable software solutions.
- Assess and optimize IT architectures, application landscapes, development processes, and technology footprints.
- Support IT transformations, mergers and acquisitions, implementation projects, and quality assurance activities.
- Evaluate products, software packages, and solutions across systems such as ERP, HR, and data analytics platforms.
- Advise senior client stakeholders, present technical findings, lead implementation modules, and build consensus.
- Mentor teams, share knowledge, drive innovation, and support business development through proposals and project scoping.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, systems controls and engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 4 years of technology consulting or software engineering experience, including more than 1 year in IT or business architecture.
- Superior technical knowledge, engineering rigor, creative problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
- Expertise in one or more areas including cloud architecture, integration, databases, data platforms, data analytics, AI/GenAI architecture, application modernization, mainframes, DevOps, or AIOps.
- Agile mindset and ability to guide iterative migration toward modern architecture capabilities while focusing on business value.
- GenAI tool fluency, including proven use of tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and validation of their responses.
- Willingness to travel significantly when required by client projects.
Benefits
- First-year base compensation is $150,000, with eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus and Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund contribution.
