Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications and APIs using modern frameworks and AWS technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and launch products and services.
- Design and code solutions for broadly defined problems.
- Deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.
- Improve code quality, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Support and mentor team members and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of Object-Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience using generative AI tools, crafting effective prompts, and critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Preferred: experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

- Base salary range of $143,700.00–$194,400.00 USD annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
