Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive single-page applications using React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build healthcare analytics dashboards with interactive charts, gauges, scorecards, and visual reports.
- Implement multi-file XML upload experiences with drag-and-drop support, progress tracking, validation, and error handling.
- Integrate frontend components with REST APIs and manage API responses, authentication, and error scenarios.
- Create reusable, scalable UI components and establish frontend best practices.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
- Collaborate with backend developers, product owners, and healthcare domain experts to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum four years of experience in frontend development.
- Strong experience with React, modern JavaScript, and FastAPI REST API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Refs, Error Boundaries, component composition, useMemo, and useCallback.
- Experience building complex single-page applications with reusable component architectures.
- Experience with interactive dashboards using Chart.js, Recharts, or similar visualization libraries, including custom charts, gauges, scorecards, and analytics views.
- Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS, responsive design, usability, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Experience consuming REST APIs using Fetch or similar libraries and handling file uploads with FormData.
- Experience with authentication and authorization error handling, same-origin deployment patterns, Vite, PostCSS, frontend build optimization, production deployment, and performance tuning.
- Experience troubleshooting poorly performing code, determining root causes, and developing remediation actions.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards, plus QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.
- Preferred experience in the US healthcare domain, including CCDA, HL7, HEDIS, or healthcare analytics platforms.
- Docker, cloud deployment, and GitHub Actions CI/CD experience are nice to have.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, design-thinking, and stakeholder presentation skills.
