Base Salary
$93k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application designs, specifications, and requirements.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Prepare technical specifications and requirements documentation.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize software efficiency.
- Create testing routines and procedures to ensure software reliability and accuracy.
- Apply mathematical and statistical approaches to solve complex scientific or applied problems.
- Resolve complex information technology and software development issues.
- Prepare and preprocess data for analysis and software applications.
- Provide end-user technical support for software maintenance, troubleshooting, and usage questions.
- Establish responsible AI usage practices, validate AI-generated code, and design AI agent workflows for team efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to design, develop, test, implement, debug, and maintain software systems and applications.
- Programming experience with languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of software architecture, software testing methods, APIs, relational databases, and source code repositories.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, optimize software performance, and apply mathematical and statistical principles.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, communicate effectively, and prepare technical documentation.
- Experience or proficiency in Agile practices, frameworks, software design, and documentation.
- Ability to evaluate AI tool usage, validate AI-generated code, establish responsible AI standards, and optimize agentic workflows.
