Responsibilities
- Lead CX Product Engineering by spearheading the technical design of key features.
- Drive architecture modernization using MVVM/MVI patterns and Clean Architecture.
- Accelerate the transition to Jetpack Compose by formulating migration strategies.
- Optimize app performance and stability through continuous monitoring.
- Establish engineering standards and mentor junior and senior engineers.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to refine the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Android app development or equivalent expertise.
- Deep understanding of Kotlin and Android SDK internals.
- Proficiency in handling both Jetpack Compose and the legacy View system.
- Experience optimizing performance for large-scale consumer apps.
- Experience building robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other teams based on data-driven problem-solving.
