Responsibilities
- Plan infrastructure and environment architecture.
- Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
- Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based environments.
- Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production infrastructure, networking, and application-delivery issues.
- Support and maintain existing environments.
- Implement infrastructure security, secrets management, access control, TLS certificate management, network segmentation, and isolated environments.
- Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure-related topics.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.
- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives and recommend new technologies and practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, including YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approval gates, and Azure Repos governance.
- Experience managing Linux and Windows build agents and Azure Artifacts feeds.
- Practical experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Strong scripting skills with Bash and Python or PowerShell.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and application security principles.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets-management solutions.
- Experience managing TLS certificates and secure infrastructure configurations.
- Understanding of least privilege, network segmentation, and isolated environments.
- Experience troubleshooting production systems and participating in incident response.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and VPC is a plus.
- Experience with AI infrastructure, LLM-powered services, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, AI workload monitoring, or AI-related CI/CD automation is a plus.
- Practical use of GitHub Copilot or Claude Code and knowledge of AI-related data protection and audit logging are a plus.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, collaborative, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
