Base Salary
$75k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write, test, debug, and maintain clean software for low-level components and embedded systems.
- Support reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and system behavior analysis.
- Deconstruct technical systems to understand functionality and security implications under mentorship.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Document code, technical findings, and software workflows.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies, programming languages, and embedded platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent foundational experience.
- Foundational coding experience in C/C++ or Python through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and basic software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Linux command-line environments.
- Basic understanding of software security fundamentals and common vulnerability concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn complex systems.
